The undefeated retired boxer, now an entrepreneur, born on Feb. 24, 1977, was seen on Wednesday with his entourage on the way to pick up the one-of-a-kind, iced-out timepiece in New York’s renowned diamond district, as reported by Daily Mail.
Dressed in a stylish tan Gucci tailored suit, brown crew-neck shirt and brown Gucci velvet loafers, Mayweather was accompanied by his security team, who kept a watchful eye on every angle as they made their way to Pristine Jewelers, a staple in the world of celebrity jewelry for over a decade.
The extravagant watch, named "One of One", was crafted by Mayweather’s friends Avi Davidov and Ofir Ben Shimon of Pristine Jewelers, designed to mark the launch of Mayweather’s new workout supplement brand, Youare101.
Davidov and Shimon are famous in the celebrity jewelry world, with a reputation for creating stunning pieces, including American rapper Cardi B’s famous diamond engagement ring.
Shimon greeted Mayweather with a hug before unveiling the watch to him.
This diamond-encrusted timepiece adds to Mayweather's impressive watch collection, which is estimated to be worth $100 million, Sports Illustrated reported.
Mayweather’s last competitive boxing match was in 2017, where he defeated Conor McGregor via 10th-round TKO, securing his 50-0 record. He is considered one of the greatest boxers of all time.
