An MMA match organized by Real Xtreme Fighting (RXF) stirred controversy as two professional male fighters gave three female social media influencers a merciless beating and took them down in just seconds.

RXF, known for organizing unconventional bouts, had previously held a similar mixed-gender match in June 2024, featuring a 140 kg man against two women. That match ended swiftly with the man’s victory. Romanian media claimed that both women looked like they did not want to fight, but did it anyway for the money.
Despite the controversy, RXF arranged another mixed-gender event on Feb. 19, this time pairing male MMA fighters Costica Prisecaru and Sebastian Rechinu against Bonita, Denisa Costea and Maria Adriana, three female influencers with large online followings.
The women were seen stretching on stage before stepping into the octagon. They wore protective helmets, while the men did not.
Right after the bell rang, the male fighters launched an aggressive attack, leaving their opponents defenseless. They delivered repeated blows to the head and body without holding back, forcing the referee to end the match within seconds as the women had no chance of fighting back.
When the referee declared Prisecaru and Rechinu the winners, one of the defeated women attempted to kick her opponent in frustration. Another fighter sustained facial injuries, losing her mouthguard in the process.
The match quickly sparked outrage online. Many questioned how such an event was sanctioned and criticized RXF’s decision to pit professional male fighters against women with no comparable MMA experience.
"How is this fight legal?" one account commented on X. Another added: "Whoever licensed this fight should not be allowed to organize fights anymore. This is disgusting."
One user also chimed in: "Why not just put a normal man against three professional female fighters? These women just got their nails done."
In response, Adriana, who got kicked in her stomach, posted on Instagram: "Stop underestimating women and don’t belittle them just because you’re a man. You’re nothing special. Don’t embarrass yourself."
Mixed-gender MMA fights have gained notoriety in Russia and have recently been adopted by some Romanian promoters. The video of this match garnered tens of millions of views on social media.
