The complicated love life of Man City star Ruben Dias

Speculation about Dias and Jama began in November 2024 when the two started following each other on Instagram. The rumors gained traction after a photo surfaced of the pair dining together and celebrating New Year’s Eve in Ibiza. Jama also shared a photo of her Ibiza celebrations on her Instagram story, though she did not include any images with Dias.

Neither Jama nor Dias has commented on the relationship rumors, with their agents denying to comment when contacted by Daily Mail.

Jama, 30, is a well-known TV presenter and radio DJ in England. Her career highlights include co-hosting BBC One's "Peter Crouch: Save Our Summer" with former English national striker Peter Crough, hosting BBC Three’s "Glow Up: Britain’s Next Make-Up Star" in season three and four. In 2023, Jama worked as a host for ITV2’s hit reality show Love Island.

Before being linked to Dias, Jama had a long-term, on-off relationship with British rapper Stormzy, dating from 2014 to 2019, briefly rekindling in 2023 before ultimately breaking up again in 2024.

Dias’ dating history has been more complicated. He began dating Portuguese pop star April Ivy (real name Mariana Goncalves) in late 2018, with the couple making their relationship public in 2019. The two lived together in Manchester after Dias moved to Man City from Benfica for £60 million ($74.5 million) in 2020. However, they split in 2021 after a vacation in Greece, reportedly due to differing lifestyles, as Dias preferring privacy while Ivy wanted more public exposure.

In 2023, Dias was in a relationship with "Love Island" star Arabella Chi. According to The Sun, Arabella frequently traveled from Ibiza to England to be with Dias, but the couple kept their romance private. The relationship ended after the New Year holidays in 2024, lasting just three months.

Rising through Benfica’s youth academy, Dias played for their first team from 2017 to 2020 before transferring to Man City. Under coach Pep Guardiola, Dias became a key player, winning four Premier League titles, one FA Cup, one League Cup, one Community Shield, one Champions League, one European Super Cup and one FIFA Club World Cup.
