A dachshund named Pea has become a viral global sensation after successfully competing in League of Legends matches alongside her owner, achieving many victories.

Videos of Pea have been widely shared among the international gaming community in recent days, amassing millions of views across social media platforms.

Unlike typical pets, Pea has embarked on a unique streaming career and participated in actual matches under the guidance of her owner, U.K. Twitch streamer Poopernoodle.

Poopernoodle spent months training the dog to get used to the game's interactions and act as a true strategic partner in ranked matches. She started letting Pea try different games last year before they started climbing the LoL ranks this April.

Because a regular keyboard and mouse are not feasible for a dog, Poopernoodle designed a specialized control system.

The standard skill keys were replaced with large, brightly colored buttons that the dachshund can easily distinguish.

During the games, Poopernoodle will handle all character movement and mouse controls, while Pea uses her paws or nose to activate abilities at the appropriate times.

Pea primarily controls the champion Yuumi, a magical cat, which is a sensible choice given its low difficulty of use, which allows the dog to attach to an ally and focus solely on providing support or healing, according to Softonic.

"Pea didn't just push the buttons randomly. During livestreams, the audience can see her using the ultimate ability at the right time to finish off opponents or protect her owner," one fan commented on Reddit.

Pea's story has created a positive wave across the gaming community, with many seasoned players expressing awe that a dog could achieve a higher win rate than some human teammates.

Pea's success proves that with the right support of technology and patience, the joy of competitive gaming can overcome boundaries.
