Vanessa Trump has sent an affectionate message to golf legend Tiger Woods, marking her first public statement since her boyfriend was arrested for driving under the influence.

In an Instagram story, Vanessa posted a photo of Woods and herself with two words "love you", showing her support for Woods during this tough time.

Her move came just hours after police body camera footage of the incident was released on Thursday. The video showed the 50-year-old golf legend appearing exhausted and disoriented following his rollover accident in Florida.

According to the ongoing investigation, Woods was arrested after attempting to overtake another vehicle at high speeds near Jupiter Island on March 27. The dangerous move resulted in a collision and caused his SUV to roll over.

While a breathalyzer test showed no alcohol in his system, police found two opioid painkiller pills in his pocket and obvious signs of impaired driving ability, New York Post reported.

The 15-time major champion is facing charges of driving under the influence, causing property damage and refusing a mandatory test. Woods has denied the charges and is scheduled to appear in court on May 5.

Sources indicate that behind the scenes, Vanessa, the former daughter-in-law of U.S. President Donald Trump who began dating Woods in late 2024, is urging him to seek the best possible treatment. She reportedly does not want him to repeat his past mistakes.

Woods has a history of accidents and issues stemming from painkillers. In 2017, he was arrested after falling asleep at the wheel. A devastating 2021 rollover crash in California nearly cost him his right leg.

A judge has reportedly granted Woods permission to leave the U.S. to participate in a specialized prescription drug rehabilitation program, according to Daily Mail.

In a previous public statement, Woods acknowledged the severity of his situation and announced a temporary leave of absence from professional golf to focus on his treatment and recovery.

This decision rules him out of the upcoming Masters tournament, delaying a return that fans had been awaiting for nearly two years.
